Meet Lindsay Monday's at 9:30 am, Tuesday's 6:30 PM, Saturdays 10:00 am Lindsay is the founder of Yoga At The Lake. She started this little outdoor studio in 2014 simply to bring more yoga into her life and the lives around her. In December of 2015 Lindsay completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training course at the Amrita Living Yoga School. Lindsay is excited to share her new practice with the students of Yoga At The Lake, offering a well rounded practice that will leave you feeling uplifted and relaxed. She enjoys teaching the Asana portion of Yoga as well as offering insight to the eight limbs of Yoga that go far beyond just the physical practice. Her class is suited for all body types, offering modifications in most poses to accommodate the needs of her students throughout class.
Meet Elaine Sunday's at 10:00 am Elaine started her yoga journey many years ago to compliment her active lifestyle. Through many interests Elaine always returned to yoga. Through practice, Yoga has opened the door to many health benefits, better fitness and greater joy and peace. Pranayama, alignment and meditation offer our body and mind the ability to relax and recharge. Elaine is a RYT 200 Yoga Instructor, specializing in Hatha. Elaine offers a welcoming space and believes that Yoga is accessible for all people, all ages and at all stages of life. Reasons and goals for practicing may change over time and Elaine is here to help guide you through your practice and journey.
